Order
In this next step, we determine your ‘custom’ design. You are still faced with the choice of trainer (e.g. Nike Aire force 1, Puma, Champion…) And then you order via Instagram or via e-mail.
Creation
The creation period depends on the complexity of the design and the rush. On average, count on 4 weeks. The expected delivery will be communicated during your pre-order enquiries.
Delivery
It is possible to collect the package in Schilde. For national parcels, we apply the prices of Bpost subject to insurance. International parcels can be requested.
Guarantee
After delivery of your customs, you have a 60-day guarantee against damage if used correctly. If necessary, your customs will be repaired free of charge, transport costs are for the client.
